Located in Northcote, the project brief was to soften the 4 townhouse development with indigenous / native plantings and natural materials that integrate with the neighbouring landscape and proposed architecture. High permeability percentages were achieved whilst using natural yet practical paving materials. A front fence was deliberately excluded to enable strong community interaction.
